Operator configuration required: Before paid launch, the platform operator should confirm the exact legal entity, billing model, refund window, GST/tax treatment and payment-gateway terms with legal/accounting advisors.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring or subscription service using the cancellation method made available for your plan. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically create a refund for a period already used unless the applicable plan or law provides otherwise.

2. Refund requests

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, clearly failed transactions where money was captured but the service was not provisioned, material billing errors, or other circumstances expressly stated at checkout. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. Digital services

Because QR generation, dynamic QR, analytics and business features may be digital services delivered immediately, refund eligibility can depend on whether the service has already been activated or used, subject to applicable law.

4. Failed or reversed payments

If a payment is shown as failed but your bank account is debited, the payment gateway may first reconcile or reverse the transaction. If the amount is not resolved within the gateway’s normal settlement period, contact us with the transaction reference.

5. Duplicate payment

If you were charged more than once for the same order or subscription, contact support with the relevant transaction references. After verification, an eligible duplicate charge may be refunded through the original payment route.

6. Fraud and abuse

Refunds are not intended to reward fraudulent activity, payment abuse, chargeback manipulation or prohibited use. We may investigate suspicious requests while complying with applicable law.

7. How to request

Use our Contact page and include your account email, order/payment reference, date, amount and a concise description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, CVV or passwords.

8. Processing

Eligible refunds are normally returned through the original payment method or another lawful method where appropriate. Processing time may depend on the payment gateway and issuing bank.

9. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a refund, cancellation or consumer remedy that is mandatory under applicable Indian law.
